The New Castle HELP Fund is managed by our fiscal agent,
The Latin American Community Center, a 501(c)3 non-profit.
Dignity Through Aid
New Castle HELP is a volunteer-driven effort to support Delaware's immigrant families in temporary and acute crisis
as a result of a family member’s deportation or detention
About Us
Our Story
Delaware is a state of neighbors that values its immigrant communities and their contributions. Confronted by the current Administration's immigration enforcement policies, a coalition of concerned Delawareans came together to create New Castle HELP, modeled after a successful Sussex HELP program downstate. The program is designed to provide support in four key areas - community awareness, legal assistance, direct support to families and legislative advocacy.
